The second screenshot happens to be mine, and there is no hint of gradients or bevels. ;) But both are great when used in moderation.

But they do. Just because the current 12 screen shot use gradients is no indication that no one makes solid flat styles any more. Look back in the history a few pages and you'll find them.

why doesnt anybody make 'flat solid' styles anymore? it's just sad.. all i see is groovy gradients and bevels and.. *sigh*

Yknow, i found it really amusing to see the 32 bit version working on 98SE. i also find it just as hilarious that this still runs even on windows 11 machines.
