xoblite has never let you load another systembar/toolbar. the toolbar is incorporated into the build.

@quilk i tested your new release today --> great work but i cant load bbleanbar, why not? and the mousewheeling to change systembarwidht is annoying, i dont like the systembar a simple fluxboxlike bar like bblean :-) is cooler i think can you release a version where its possible to load bbleanbar and desktopwheeling like in nc-17´s blackbox?

Yknow, i found it really amusing to see the 32 bit version working on 98SE. i also find it just as hilarious that this still runs even on windows 11 machines.
