looper 2004-10-28 12:13 Darn it, I had a question as well! =P Not bb-related, but I figured this was as good a place as any to ask:
Does anyone know of a good, powerful, *free* database program? I remember back in the day of Atari computers etc. that databases were part of the tryptych of computer software: database, spreadsheet, and wordprocessor. But I can't seem to find a good database program for Windows. Something where you can search fields, get a certain # of results, etc. Is there one hidden away in MS Office somewhere? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! And my apogies if my ignorance is showing...

qwilk 2004-10-27 15:46 inf3rnal: It's pretty much ready, just some minor things to finish. Given sufficient breaks from RL it should be ready early November, but I can't make any promises.
inf3rnal 2004-10-27 03:32 @qwilk how far is xob bb2?
cthu1hu 2004-10-26 23:01 I know someone who still uses win98 and Netscape 3.0.
Inauro 2004-10-26 22:00 Impressive Firefox/Mozilla stats. But then again, the type of person who uses a shell replacement is almost certainly the type of person looking for a non-Microsoft browser. Interesting results nonetheless.
qwilk 2004-10-26 17:19 ...please note, though, that some browsers may spoof their identity as either IE or Mozilla for web page compatibility reasons, so stats like these may not always be 100% correct. But interresting nonetheless! =]
