Hey guys, quick question: what's the policy on modding other themes? i really like frantic's Homeworld theme, but the screenie that I have is less orange more blue. I was thinking of modding it to fit the screen, but not sure if I should post it.

uploading works, but uploads always require approval and I don't think any of us are as actively moderating as we did in the past ;-)
