Hydro: Use toolbar.fontheight and toolbar.fontweight for a bigger toolber and menu.title.fontheight/weight and menu.frame.fontheight/weight for a bigger menu. There are other tricks, like using longer item names etc.

Windowns: I have about 15,000 wp on my hard disks, collected during the last 6 years. I really can't remember where I got them all. Maybe, if u r interested in some of those that appear on the screenshots, I can provide a link for them... But not too many, I'm afraid - otherwise I'd already include the link in the wallpaper field.

Man, i cant believe how nice some of the syles are. Is there a way to get the backgrounds for them as well? I find without them, its just not the same. Like a painting with the center cut out.

Yknow, i found it really amusing to see the 32 bit version working on 98SE. i also find it just as hilarious that this still runs even on windows 11 machines.
